In 2002, Dr. PourMirza founded the region’s first Fetal Medicine Clinic, introducing the groundbreaking new screening and therapy strategies. His pioneering spirit continued in 2003 with the region’s first intrauterine fetal therapy. By 2006, he had established the OSCAR clinic (One Stop Clinic for the Assessment of Risk) with an in-house laboratory, and in 2012, he launched the region’s first non-invasive prenatal test, setting new standards in prenatal diagnostics.
Dr. PourMirza's academic foundation was laid with studies in Biology and Chemistry at Muenster University, followed by medical studies at Erlangen and Dusseldorf Universities in Germany. Specializing in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Fetal Medicine in 2000, his extensive knowledge has been further enriched by numerous publications and his organization of international conferences and medical seminars.
